We reserve the right to change any price before you place an order without prior notice.
If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will refund the money or replace the goods with an acceptable substitute.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. You will be advised if the item is no longer available.
Occasionally shipping delays can occur due to reasons outside of our control such as supply failures or discontinuation of products. You will be informed if such delays affect your order. If delivery is delayed for more than 10 days, you have the right to contact us prior to dispatch and cancel the order receiving a full refund.
Shipping charges are added at the checkout and are calculated automatically.
Postage charges are determined by destination and weight and all shipments are sent via Canada Post.
In the event of non-delivery, there will be a 7-day waiting period before a replacement shipment is sent. You will be notified of the expected delivery date when the shipment is posted.
In the unlike event that your product is damage in transit, please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will take all necessary precautions to ensure proper packaging methods are used.
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Charges will be processed prior to the shipment of goods.
There are no exchanges or refunds on teas. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact TotaliTea The Tea Boutique within 7 days of delivery and a refund will be made. Any refunds will be minus any shipping charges incurred by Totalitea The Tea Boutique and will not be processed until the item has been returned in a saleable condition.
