Uses
Lemon Balm is an excellent carminative herb. It relieves spasms in the digestive tract and relieves nausea
and heartburn or flatulent dyspepsia which is acute, non-recurring indigestion that may be caused by overeating,
excessive alcohol, rapid eating and/or irregular eating habits.
Relieves tension and stress and has a tonic effect on the heart and the circulatory system,
thus lowering blood pressure. It can be used in feverish conditions such as the flu.
Externally is cleansing, antiseptic, fragrant and soothing to skin. May be used as a
compress for headaches and nervousness and is anti-rheumatic in ointments and baths.
